When you request an audit, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, town or area, and the marketing service you would like help with. We also record the submission time. To help prevent spam, we keep a hashed network address and a submission counter; the raw network address is not stored by the enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, review your online presence and discuss the services you have asked about. Where you are considering our services, this is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Preventing misuse of the form is our legitimate interest. We do not add you to marketing mailing lists through this form.
Storage and sharing
Enquiry details are stored securely using Lovable Cloud. Website hosting and storage providers process data to operate this service. Enquiries are not publicly accessible, and we do not sell your details.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about information held about you or request its deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to its use, or request a portable copy.
